Note:  Applicant is responsible for filing fees plus any additional advertisement costs.  All fees are to be paid to Loup County Planning and Zoning and submitted to the County Zoning Administrator.  When a permit, change, etc. is not granted upon any application, the County shall retain the fee paid by the applicant.
